01What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website asks your browser to store and send back on later visits. Similar technologies include browser storage (localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB), tracking pixels and device fingerprinting. They are used to keep you signed in, remember settings, measure visits or target advertising.
02What racktrack.ai uses
We reviewed every page of the website for cookies and similar technologies. Here is the result:
| Category | Examples | Used on racktrack.ai |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary cookies | sessions, security tokens, load balancing | none |
| Preference cookies | language, remembered settings | none |
| Analytics | visit counting, heatmaps, session recording | none |
| Advertising and social pixels | retargeting, conversion tracking | none |
| Browser storage | localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB | none |
| Fingerprinting | device or canvas fingerprinting | none |
The 3D scenes, the contact form and the live preview of your brief all run inside your browser and are discarded when you leave the page.
03Third-party requests
Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts and the three.js 3D library from jsDelivr. These providers receive standard request information such as your IP address, as described on Third-party services. jsDelivr states that its service does not use cookies, and Google describes how the Fonts API handles requests in its Fonts privacy FAQ.
Social media icons in the footer are plain links. LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook receive nothing from this website unless you click through, and then their own cookie policies apply.
04Signing in
The Sign in page sets no cookies today: sign-in is not yet connected to the RackTrack platform. Once it is, signing in will need cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in securely. We will list them here before that happens.
The "Continue to the RackTrack portal" button opens portal.racktrack.ai, a separate application for customers. It may use cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in securely. Its use is covered by your organisation's agreement with RackTrack, not by this policy.
06Controlling cookies in your browser
You can block or delete cookies in your browser's settings at any time; the website works the same either way. Guides: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge.
