Name, email, mobile, company, scope and requirement, and only when you send the email the form prepares.

Technical requests

IP address and browser details reach the providers that deliver pages, fonts and the 3D library.

Nothing else

No cookies, profiles, analytics, location or payment data. The form stores nothing on a server.

03How the contact form works

The form on Contact us is deliberately simple:

  • It checks your entries inside your browser. Nothing you type is sent to a server while you fill it in.
  • The 3D preview of your brief, which shows your name, company and scope, is drawn in your browser and disappears when you leave the page.
  • When you press Request platform brief, your own email app opens with a draft addressed to info@racktrack.ai. You can read, edit or discard it. We receive nothing unless you send it.

  • Cookies or any browser storage
  • Analytics, visit counts, heatmaps or session recordings
  • Advertising or social media pixels
  • Device fingerprints or precise location
  • Payment details
  • Sensitive categories of personal information
Please do not send passwords, access keys, network configurations or rack video by email or the contact form. If an evaluation needs them, we will agree a secure way to exchange them.

05Seeing, correcting or deleting your data

Email info@racktrack.ai with the subject "Privacy request". Your rights are set out in the Privacy policy.
